India reach final after beating England by 10 wickets
India beat England by 10 wickets in the second semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2022 to reach the final. India will take on Pakistan in the final on Sunday.
Chasing 169, India reached the target without losing a wicket. KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma scored unbeaten fifties to guide India to victory. Rahul remained unbeaten on 57, while Rohit scored 59 not out.
Earlier, England captain Jos Buttler won the toss and opted to bat first. England lost wickets at regular intervals and were eventually bowled out for 168 in 19.4 overs. Ben Stokes was the top scorer for England with 38 runs.
For India, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya took three wickets each.
